In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to the HSA Charity Fund in the name of Dr. Amber Martinez: FCIB – KYD Checking Account 1375538, Cayman Islands Health Services Authority. All donations will be used to fund a worthy cause that the HSA finds appropriate. We know that this would have been Amber’s preference.
