This weekend saw a newcomer to the Seven Mile Beach Corridor as Locale welcomed its first guests. The new hotel is described the developer/operator as a “select service hotel development”.

So what to expect? The company is pitching its Hangout lobby as a space where locals and guests can kick back, collaborate and let their creative juices flow, providing communal work spaces with high speed Wi-Fi for guests and locals and working areas for meetings.
Locale says all of its hotel rooms feature HDTV, kitchenettes with mini fridges and microwaves, workstations, bay window seating and an ALEXA-powered personal assistant concierge.
Other amenities include a tropical outdoor swimming pool area, valet laundry, state-of-the-art outdoor fitness equipment, beach kits equipped with inflatable chairs and towels, and a complimentary breakfast featuring locally sourced menu items from in-house restaurant Bonfire Urban Italian Kitchen.
